About Our Trainings and Workshops

We deliver trainings in both Myanmar and English languages. We create trainings and workshops for teachers, trainers and facilitators who work across multiple subject areas. Key areas of focus for our trainings include:

Our training teams are passionate and knowledgeable in their subject areas, and skilled in the planning and delivery of trainings. Trainings are tailored to the needs of our individual partners through a pre-training needs assessment process, and designed to have specific, realistic and measurable outcomes.

Our trainers usually train in teams so that more attention can be given to individuals during sessions, helping to personalise sessions. Follow-ups, mentoring and monitoring and evaluation can and often do play a role in our training process, depending on the wishes, needs and time limitations of our partners.

For organisations with specific needs that are not met through one or more of the trainings listed here, our teams can also design bespoke trainings so that their staff get the professional development they need to successfully meet the expectations of their own partners, customers and beneficiaries. We can develop training workshops on a variety of topics, including educational management, library management, research skills, community development, life skills, learning skills and a range of social science topics.
